Thank you so much for your interest in speaking at the Love Your Thermo Summit! We’re so excited to collaborate with you to create an inspiring and practical event for Thermomix owners everywhere.

Love Your Thermo Summit is a free 3-day virtual summit designed to help Thermomix owners use -- and love -- their Thermomix more! Across the event, attendees will learn new skills, discover clever features, gain fresh inspiration, and walk away with practical ways to save time, money, and energy in the kitchen.

How it will work

The Love Your Thermo Summit will run from Friday 24 July – Sunday 26 July 2026.

Presentations will generally be between 15–25 minutes long. If you’re doing a cooking demonstration, your session can absolutely run longer. We know cooking demos don’t always fit neatly into a short timeframe, and we’re happy to help with recording and editing if needed.

Presentations can be delivered in whatever format feels most natural to you. This could include:

  • Tips and techniques
  • Step-by-step systems
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Using slides
  • Talking directly to camera
  • A mixture of formats

Your presentation should focus on providing practical, actionable value that helps attendees use their Thermomix more in everyday life.

Presentations will be available free for 24 hours during the summit.

We’ll have a dedicated Facebook community for attendees to connect, ask questions, share wins, and participate in fun activities throughout the event. Speakers are warmly encouraged (but not required) to pop into the group on the day of their presentation to answer questions and connect with attendees.

We’ll also be running a fun summit Bingo challenge with tasks inspired by the presentations -- things like trying a new technique, using a specific accessory, or cooking a featured recipe. Attendees will be eligible for prize draws and potentially redeemable rewards for completing Bingo lines.

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have a promotion period beginning on 10 July 2026. You’ll be provided with swipe copy, graphics, and suggested posting timelines to make promotion nice and easy.

During the summit and promotion period, we’ll also be promoting the VIP Pass, which includes:

  • Presentation replays and notes
  • Additional bonuses and resources

This gives attendees ongoing access to the summit content while also creating a great opportunity for affiliate commissions and list growth for our speakers.

What We'll ask of you

Here's what we'll need from you.

1. Speaker Interest Form

To confirm you'd like to be involved, please first fill out the Speaker Interest Form.

It includes some basic information from you and gives you a chance to suggest a few topic ideas so we can put together a great line-up.

2. Presentation

Next up is your presentation! This will be a pre-recorded session designed to inspire and help attendees use their Thermomix more confidently and creatively.

Presentation guidelines:

  • 15–25 minutes recommended
  • Cooking demonstrations may be longer
  • Friendly and practical is better than overly polished - filming on your phone is fine!
  • Focus on helping attendees learn something useful that they will implement in their own kitchens

Suggested presentation structure:

  • Quick introduction
  • Overview of your topic
  • Teaching/demo section
  • Specific action steps or takeaways
  • Optional freebie pitch at the end (up to 10% of presentation time)

You’re welcome to present in whatever style works best for you and your audience.

Presentation formats may include:

  • Slides
  • Talking to camera
  • Cooking/technique demonstrations
  • A combination of formats

Presentations are due by 26 June 2026.

If you want some help structuring, recording and/or editing your presentation, we’re happy to assist! Just note this on your Speaker Interest Form.

3. All-Access Pass Contribution 

The VIP Pass gives attendees extended access (minimum of 12 months) to the summit content, plus a collection of bonuses from our speakers.

We'll ask each of you to contribute one digital resource to the VIP Pass. It's a great way to grow your email list, and here's what works well:

  • Templates
  • Workbooks
  • eBooks
  • Mini courses
  • Workshops
  • Membership access
  • Recipe collections
  • Meal plans

Note: We expect this to convert well so do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers or physical items. We cannot accept freebies or percentage-off offers.

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

The best reason is that it’s an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

Also speakers who contribute a bonus will receive an increased affiliate commission of 50% instead of 40%

Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus right when the VIP Pass opens on 21 June 2026.

VIP Pass contribution details are due by 26 June 2026.

You'll receive a questionnaire (on how VIP Pass customers can claim their bonus) to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to us nice and simple.

4. Promotion

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens is a huge benefit to everyone involved and helps everyone increase their audiences.

To support the summit, we ask each speaker to complete:

  • 1 feature email (this can be part of your regular newsletter rather than a standalone email, but the summit must be the featured item at the start)
  • 1 social media post on your most active platform

Promotion begins on 10 July 2026.

To make things easy, we’ll provide:

  • Email swipe copy
  • Social media captions
  • Graphics
  • Suggested posting timelines

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 40-50% commission that will come from any sale of the summit VIP Pass and any additional commissions that come from purchase of our products afterward.

If you choose to contribute a bonus to the VIP Pass, your commission will increase from 40% to 50%. Yay!

You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault (this will be available from 22 June 2026 to give you plenty of time to prepare).

5. Live Participation

The final (and optional) thing is showing up during the summit itself.

We’d love for speakers to pop into the Facebook group during the hour/day their presentation is live if they’re available.

This is completely optional, but it’s a wonderful way to:

  • Connect with attendees
  • Answer questions
  • Encourage implementation
  • Build relationships with your audience

No video or live presentation component is required.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections and growing your email list, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program for the VIP Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. 

Affiliate payouts will be made by 3 August 2026.

Commission structure:

  • 40% commission for all speakers
  • 50% commission for speakers contributing a premium VIP Pass bonus

VIP Pass pricing structure:

  • $47 for 30 minutes after initial registration
  • $57 from 21–23 July 2026
  • $77 from 24–27 July 2026
  • After the summit closes, a Replay Pass will be available for $97 without speaker bonuses

To make it as easy as possible for you to receive affiliate sales, the Resource Vault (available 22 June 2026) will include things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. 

Just remember to use your affiliate link, which we will provide more details on how to sign up when you are confirmed as a speaker.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience (this is often a legal requirement depending on where you are).
